Hello! So much has happened since I last logged in... I'm a terrible blogger I know.

Now at Sh's house waiting for gang dinner... crashed med lec in the morning (waste! spent an hour travelling there for a sleep-inducing, 45-min lec on stem cells) ANYway, sh's leaving early Sat morn, hence the dinner. i love my gang - no one makes me laugh like they do!

I'm leaving for Chicago on 12 Sep, 2230hrs by Nippon Airways. trying to make the most of my 1-month holiday but so far have just been enjoying waking up late n slacking... Wondering if i shoulda gone for an attachment but it's a bit late now innit? All sorts of uncertainties filling my head... but I'll try not too look back. My future's in God's hands!

Driving's a goner! Passed 2nd module evaluation, but my instructor felt that I needed 8 more lessons before the test (frankly, so do I). Which means I won't make it in time for Chicago! Plan B is to go over there and get a licence. then again why will i need to drive in chicago?

*confused as to why i took up driving in the first place*
ah yes for personal mobility! finding public transport more and more inconvenient. and also, for the sheer kick of being 18 (almost 19! too fast...) and able to show off by driving ppl around. but looking at the road menaces in Singapore i'm almost afraid to touch the steering wheel anymore... sigh.

I'm in CLEO! check out Sep's issue. They were doing an article on diabetes so DSS referred my name (rare breed, I am). Facts were right and i'm glad they made me sound normal, not an invalid! Only gripe? the photo makes me look weird :-/

sh's coaching me on the finer points of being a couch potato. looking forward to NYDC dinner at HV yay!
