what's cooking this week

Time is really of the essence, so here's a recipe formobile cooking, courtesy of Alex Chan.

The bf is in town, which also means:
- Everyone laughing as he walks into Beauty World rehearsal, just as I am going "Ohmigod! There's my boyfriend from Batu Pahat! I cannot let him see me like this!..."
- Nice Chinatown dinner
- Brunch at Orly's with Aiko (happy belated birthday gal, and thanks for the present!)
- Visiting the 7th Annual Chicago Chocolate Festival
It was held in Garfield Park Conservatory, which greenhouses the only cacao trees in Chicago. We got there an hour before closing, and almost couldn't get in cos of the long long line... but they were nice enough to let everyone in. We managed to get quite a bunch of chocolate samples, and I bought $10 worth of Ghirardelli.
