All hail my ropa vieja!!

This traditional Cuban dish is called 'old clothes' in Spanish cos the stewed beef is supposed to resemble such worn articles. The wonderful thing, other than the fancy-schmancy name (which is always useful for showing off), is that it is pretty easy to cook and TASTES GREAT. Yay comfort food!
