Oh! Feeling Young

Cuz I'm bored and everyone's been asking... here's what I've been up to:
A) Cleaning test tubes
B) Cleaning my room
C) Cleaning test tubes

Gotcha! Decided not to do another internship in a lab, cos it's my last free summer and I need a break. So the correct answer is "none of the above" =P

Rather, I've been indulging in my latest obsession: Oh! Feel Young and other K-dramas
I'm not one for sad sentimental flicks where they zoom in on the nan/nv zhu jiao's incredibly handsome/ pretty face and film a single tear slowly roll down their cheek... but Full House started me on Korean romantic dramadies :P
Guess they're cheesy and can get boringly cliche. But it's fun to suspend reality and get immersed in some crazy foreign world for a while. And despite what I said earlier, Korean actors and actresses are really a good-looking lot :)

Korean class tonight! Everybody now, "Ko no do ro mo po so..." (to the tune of "Now I know my ABC...")

Followed by a cappella - quick plug for Budak Pantai (meaning 'Beach Boys' in Malay), they are IMHO one of the best a cappella groups in Singapore.

Followed by what should be a very exciting Argentina-Germany match! Am rooting for Argentina (cos South Americans play soccer like they samba... woo hot =P) but Germany has such great home support... Oh well just glad I'm a recent convert to soccer.
To share something from my church's Ministry of Laughs:

The World Cup Guide to Cheering Around The World
In Spain: Ole, ole ole ole...
In France: Ole, ole ole ole...
In Korea: Ole, ole ole ole...

It really is The Beautiful Game :)

It's great having so much nothing to do... =P
