Sam's the man
My Top Chef is Sam Talbot - hands down.
Not only because he is a drop-dead alpha-gorgeous guy WHO CAN COOK, he is a T1D (type 1 diabetic, for the uninitiated). As a happy camper said in Episode 5, after he dished up a 500-calorie meal for her, "I wanna marry the hot diabetic chef."
Also stumbled across a very inspiring diabetics' blog today! Have added it to my links column, which is full of stuff near and dear to my heart =) ---->
Finally I would just like to point out how obscenely unfair it is that some ppl get to EAT for a living!! *drool*
