grrr

Met up with friends in NUS yday. heard some interesting and disturbing stuff (separate stuff, not stuff that was interesting AND disturbing)... heh anyway very happy that they're settling in fine! Soon it'll be my turn... praying that my roomies will be great gals whom i can relate to, and have fellowship with.

That brings me to WHY i was lurking around all the way across the island. Was supposed to collect some bank draft... but called my officer all day, to no response. When i went down in person, she wasn't in! Thanks for asking us to come down anytime ya...

today my driving instructor was a total nitpicker. for my own good, of course. according to him, I am "not up to standard" and need more than the 28 lessons i'm alr scheduled for. his tone of polite horror just made me drive worse... yes yes so just eat my money instead of encouraging me to improve.

sometimes, it's really hard not to think that someone (if not the world) isn't out to get you.

spent the afternoon hibernating at home... watched Little Voice, a movie about finding your own path and being free to be yourself. The best part was the music tho - Jane Horrocks ROCKS!
Have also finished The Da Vince Code... it's a fantastic thriller with loads of plot twists n red herrings. It's also quite disturbing but despite the 'alternative' gospel proposed it doesn't that Jesus Christ died for us... great sense of satisfaction, yet wonderment, at the end. Must get Breaking the Da Vinci Code...
