stopping to smell the roses
despite getting up at 11.10am today and missing my hume class(i had to pinch myself to make sure it wasn't a nightmare), it's actually been pretty fruitful!
1. Record for shortest chem lab: 1.35-3pm woohoo! every lab should be like this.
2. $10 for a bunch of surveys at gsb that took like 40 min
3. astronomy lesson in the ryerson observatory - stargazing's a lot harder than it looks! but i got a really beautiful view thru the telescope. somehow, looking at sky in just a fraction of its majesty made me feel tiny and yet peaceful inside. like the universe knows what its doing and nothing else really mattered =) And did i mention how beautiful chicago is now the leaves are turning red? In fact it's expected to snow soon... excited (and scared! shivering) abt my first snowfall :)
4. kiwi and strawberry (and assorted random samplings from other ppl's) bubble tea at culinary club asian food study break - FRUIT-ful geddit?
