where's the time going?

1 week has passed at a frightening pace.

I need to speak up in Hume or my instructor's never gonna notice i'm there. By the time i've figured out his accent and deciphered his qn someone's normally shot their hand up and is yabbering away in some equally unintelligle accent... God give me a quicker brain!

Thu was the highlight of my week cos of Bethel small group =) bible study was awesome! we're doing this series on John, with pastor asking questions and the 5 or so of us just discussing... after that we prayed for UC and sang some songs. Felt so much more at peace refocusing on God...i think i learnt more in that 1.5hrs than i have this whole week! unfortunately i missed the presidential debates, was quite looking forward to laughing at bush... but i guess there's always the next round :)

Fri was good i end lessons at 130 =) First i attended this french club meeting n learnt some french! yeah then i slacked off in dorm n attempted to do hw. at night i had callbacks for this female a capella group called Men In Drag and they treated us to a great bunch of songs... my 6610 doesn't have a voice recorder *sob*

Back in Shoreland my neighbour was throwing this happening party but I kinda didn't wanna squueze with 20-sthing ppl in the room... so i yakked with a coupla singaporeans and drank chai til 3am.

it's experience chicago day... later going john hancock building (for the second time - this time i shall take pictures!) and maybe chinatown or belmont. now if i could just fit the hw in swhere...
