Cinco de Mayo --> historical date

A heady, giddy week - a peaceful resolution, a pleasant surprise, and a very interesting new experience ;)

Went to Leona's in Belmont for dinner today (yes, I know we could have gone to the one in Hyde Park, but Belmont is so cool by night!)... dunno what possessed me to order the chicken sandwich (since I in general dislike things stuffed between 2 pieces of bread). Guess I thought it would be on toasted panini bread, which is crunchy and has that slightly burnt taste I love :P But yeah it wasn't. (Tough.)

Anyway as we headed out of Leona's a bus passed full of ppl on a Cinco de Mayo pub crawl, and they were freaking drunk at 10pm. One of the ladies pointed in our direction and shouted "Hey! You're cute!" Still trying to decide if she was pointing at me or Brian I-used-to-have-a-sixpack Ooi :P

Anyway I have a 7-pg Sosc paper to write this weekend, and a Steppenwolf play to watch *excited* Gah I think I have ADHD! Cannot sit still to do my readings, and my mouth must be constantly moving (result being that I am always either finding ppl to disturb or stuffing my face with food).
