'tis the season... for love

and I'm loving it! This is my second Christmas back home and I'm still getting used to the mad shopping rushes and garish lights on Orchard Road :(... But there've been some precious moments too, such as fund-raising for charity with my colleagues, caroling with old choirmates, and plenty of food, glorious food :)

Above all the merrymaking, it's a time for thanksgiving, to be grateful for God's provision of our jobs, possessions, friends and family. A time for showing appreciation, or just that you care... as my choir conductor hath said, "It's Christmas... SHARE!" So spread the love, and have a very blessed Christmas everyone.

No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.

Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas

Music: Hugh Martin
Lyrics: Ralph Blane

Have yourself a merry little Christmas
Let your heart be light
From now on our troubles will be out of sight

Have yourself a merry little Christmas
Make the yuletide gay
From now on our troubles will be miles away

Here we are as in olden days
Happy golden days of yore
Faithful friends who were dear to us
Gather near to us once more

Through the years we all will be together
If the Lord allows
Hang your shining star upon the highest bough
And have yourself a merry little Christmas now
