it's Christmas time it's time for a carol...

Finally, finally, back home for X'mas - was anticipating this all quarter! But i have to agree with my friend, it doesn't really feel like x'mas anymore. Partly cos there no lead-in time to get in the mood - the holiday just kinda crashed down upon me (and everyone in S'pore seemed to be shopping on Orchard Rd at the same time); also cos the same ppl aren't around - caroling with chorale this year instead of choir, dunno the srs very well (sad to say our batch aren't as fabulously close as we used to be and a lot us probably have too many other commitments to come down much anyway). A lot of my friends are still overseas... and even my family isn't having out usual x'mas eve pigfest =( To put it in a very dramatic teenage way, everything's different.

Nevertheless it's great to be singing for Him and to make great music again... nice to see some familiar faces and be asked after... met my wonderful long-lost rg junior (who ironically lives just down the road) and promoted chicago!

I just wish I had more time to get in touch with all the ppl I missed so much!
